Refund Policy

You may request a refund before work has started on your project. Once production work has begun, refunds are evaluated according to the schedule below and after applicable transaction or processing fees.

A refund request related to delivered work must be submitted within five (5) days of initial delivery. If no refund request is received within five days after initial delivery, satisfaction with the delivered order is assumed by both parties.

Change-of-mind requests after work has started are generally not refundable. Special complaint scenarios may be reviewed by our evaluation team based on the approved brief, revision history, and delivered work.

When a refund is approved, amounts are processed according to the following arrangement (less a 10% service and processing fee where noted):

• Before initial concept delivery: eligible for a full refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• Within 48 hours of initial delivery: eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• Between 48–120 hours of initial delivery: eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• After 120 hours of initial delivery: refund requests are not accepted; please contact us so we can attempt to resolve concerns through the revision options included in your package.

Combo / special packages follow the same schedule as single packages unless a written quotation states otherwise.

Submit refund requests to info@moderntechservicesllc.com with your order details and reason for the request. We may first attempt resolution through the revision options included in your package.

If a refund is issued, design rights in the delivered work revert to Modern Digital Services LLC, and you may not continue to use or display versions of the work produced under that order.

If there is no customer response for 14 consecutive days (excluding documented emergencies), the project may be paused and files archived.
